1. The data used in the calculation must be based on or obtained experimentally. Shelf structure is usually difficult to analyze accurately in theory. Corresponding tests must be used to determine the parameters required in the design. The structure or bearing capacity of components can also be determined directly by experiments. Tests should be reported and the test equipment should be calibrated and passed by the qualified measurement department approved by the state.
2. Beam shelves, each beam must be equipped with locking devices at both ends, or provide bolts and nuts to ensure that the beam can be stably fixed on the column to prevent it from being separated by upward external forces. In order to ensure the connection between the beam and its locking device (or bolts and nuts), the normal operation of the beam lock or tightening of the bolts and nuts should be checked regularly during the use process, and the damaged device should be replaced in time.
3. The leg of the shelf column should be properly fixed on the concrete foundation. It is necessary to clarify the way warehouse shelves are connected to the ground by using embedded components, secondary irrigation schemes or chemical bolts directly connected to the ground. The diameter of anchor bolt and the small size of Dongguan embedding must be calculated according to the actual load, seismic load or wind load. Small shelves loaded manually under 2.4 meters may not be repaired. The concrete of the fixed column foundation must be cured continuously for 28 days and withstand the corresponding pressure. The uneven settlement of the foundation must meet the application requirements.
4. The settlement value of shelf-type shelf foundation should be strictly controlled to ensure the normal use of shelf structure. Non-shelf integrated shelves should be designed to separate shelf foundations from building pillar foundations to prevent damage to buildings caused by the force of shelf structures.
5. In the design of shelf structure, the factors such as use requirements, equipment conditions, material supply and installation conditions should be considered comprehensively, and the structure form, structural measures and materials should be reasonably selected to ensure the technical economy. Safe application to ensure quality.
6. There are strict design procedures, warehousing, whether in the durability limit state or in the heavy load limit state to design the warehouse shelf structure, must meet the relevant standards, must have a calculation book. For major projects, it is necessary to carry out finite element calculation to combine the strength, stiffness and stability of the shelf, so that the safety under earthquake action is comprehensive. For reusable standard shelves, a general calculation is required.
