Heavy mold rack is a kind of rack, referred to as mold rack, mold rack. Mainly store all kinds of mold items. Heavy-duty die rack production process:
Heavy-duty die rack is composed of pillars and pull rods. The guide groove is mounted on the column. The upper and lower parts are connected and fixed by a cross beam. Then the drawer tray is installed in the guide groove. Limiting pin and guide rail are on the top, and finally iron plate is laid. When there is no traffic in the workshop, the Skyway and crane can also be installed on the heavy mould rack column, and the manual or electric hoist can be installed. The Skyway is welded with embracing beams. After the completion of the whole process, all parts are shot blasted, degreased, rust removed and sprayed.
1. Combination assembly, mainly composed of pillars, guide grooves, drawer layers, pull rods, positioning pins and so on, adopts bolt connection, with stable structure, safety and reliability, and is generally used in rows.
2. Drawer dishes are mainly composed of slideways and drawer dishes. Drawer disc is composed of rectangular tube, bending parts, welding structure and steel plate. Each guide rail is fixed by two bearings. It can roll freely in the guide groove, with little resistance and easy to pull out the drawer.
3. For the sake of safety, positioning pin and limit pin are designed to ensure the safety of drawer board when it is pulled out.
4. The load-bearing capacity of heavy-duty die rack is 800kg-1200kg/floor.
