Single cantilever rack production process:
1. Using square tube production: According to the corresponding loading requirements of cantilever layer, the cantilever shelf first chooses the square tube that meets the layered requirements, and cuts it into the required size. One end is welded with anti-skid guard plate, and the other end is welded with U-shaped column connectors. Make.
2. Made of C-section steel: According to the corresponding load requirements of cantilever layer, the cantilever shelf first chooses C-section steel specifications, after selection, two C-section steel butt welding, welding the other end to connect U-shaped column connectors. Cantilever columns and columns are connected by connecting rods, which are usually made of rectangular tubes. In order to increase safety and stability, a flat iron backing is applied to the connecting rod to tightly fix the column.
3. All single cantilever shelf components are semi-finished after production, and will be sprayed through the last process. Before spray forming, shot blasting machine first takes shot peening treatment, degreasing, rust removal, and then spray forming. The package will be delivered after completion.
