Notes for heavy shelves:
1. Heavy shelves should be used to prevent heavy loads: light cargo should be placed in high-rise, heavy cargo should be placed at the bottom.
2. Preventing overload: The stacking weight of each floor should not exceed the maximum load of the shelf.
3. Anti-collision: During the operation of forklift truck, it should be as light as possible to prevent shelf collision.
4. When there is goods above the shelf, the operator shall not enter the bottom of the shelf directly.
5. In order to prevent the use of non-standard platform boards (chucks) and pallets on shelves, the bottom of Sichuan is the most suitable one.
When the height of the shelf exceeds 8 meters, the corresponding loading and unloading machinery is needed. Therefore, the total channel area required is larger and the storage density is less than other systems. Heavy shelves can realize fast access to various pallets, up to 2000 kg each, which can be used for various types of pallets and shelves. The height of the crossbeam can be adjusted according to the requirements of the cargo standard. The circulation of goods is large, convenient and flexible. Heavy shelves have the lowest cost and can be quickly installed and disassembled.
